Business Update: COVID-19 
Dear valued customer,
We sincerely hope that you and your family members are remained untouched by the COVID-19 virus and its economic impact is mitigated on your business as far as possible.
Following recent government announcements, we continue to assess all the guidance and instructions that are available for companies to make their operational decisions. Our priority is to minimize the risk of transmitting the virus with the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers being paramount.
As the COVID-19 (corona virus) pandemic is evolving, we want to assure you that we continue to take steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and products as well, and with the introduction of various tier restrictions we have had to review some of our practices.
Our business continuity response teams are always ready to assess the situation and identify the existed risk as the situation evolves locally and the risk level changes, we will quickly act to implement additional protocols based on the internal risk assessments.
All of our networks are composed of the suppliers and trustworthy employees. We seriously monitor our supply chain closely according to the latest health authorities’ rules/needs in each market where we operate.
Our Company continues to maintain close communication with supply chain and logistics partners to understand the specific situation within their businesses.
Our staffing levels have returned to normal and, where possible, those who can work remotely will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. However, the dynamic and changing situation may impact on our staffing levels if and when individuals are requested to self isolate. Please be assured that we will endeavor to respond to enquiries and orders as quickly as possible but that on occasion slight delays may occur.
All areas in from manufacturers to shipping containers have been investigated. All stuff and personals who have direct or indirect contact with PWax supplied products are completely aware and well trained regarding the transmission routs of COVID-19.
The protective clothing and disinfectants are available and personals and products hygienic conditions are under control in the whole supply chain.
We are acting based on the latest Risk Assessment and Public Health Management of Persons with Potential 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance, and are taking every measure possible to ensure your markets’ safety and wellbeing at every stage of your shipments with us.
Team members who work within our office and warehouse are doing so under strict guidelines in accordance with current Government advice. In addition, all our delivery drivers have been issued with a Responsible Delivery Procedure setting out our revised methods for safe delivery and receipt of goods.
